Add a File upload question, choose which file types you accept (for example PDF and Word for a CV, or JPG and PNG for photos), set the largest size you’ll take, up to 100 MB, and how many files one answer can include, up to 10. Publish, and each response shows its files, ready to open or download. People can upload from a computer or straight from their phone’s camera roll.
Collect signatures online
A Signature question lets people sign with a finger, a mouse or a trackpad, or type their name instead. The signature is saved as part of the response, next to the date it was submitted. Pair it with a Legal question that shows your full terms with an explicit accept or decline, and you have a simple consent or agreement form. Whether that counts as a legally binding signature depends on where you are and what’s being signed.
Video and audio answers
A Video & audio question lets people record an answer on their camera or microphone, for up to five minutes. It’s quicker than typing for many people and says far more. Use it for video introductions in job applications, customer testimonials, bug reports that show the problem, or spoken feedback after a class. On Pro, recordings can be transcribed so you can read and search what people said.
Where uploaded files are kept
Files are stored privately in Forms’ storage on Cloudflare and are only reachable from your results. Switch on “Save to Google Drive” on a question and each file is also copied into a folder for that form in your Drive, which is handy if your team already works there. Exports list each file by name next to the other answers, and with Drive switched on the files themselves sit in one folder, so a response and its attachments are easy to archive together.

Is a drawn signature legally binding?+
That depends on where you are and what you’re signing. Forms records the signature with the response; check your local rules for formal agreements.
