October 2026: a new look
The app and this website have a new design: a white page with calm grey islands, a night header, and a builder with screens, canvas and settings side by side. Results, Smart Insights and Insights were redesigned along the way.
24 October 2026: booking links
Calendars brings booking links like Calendly and Cal.com: a booking page, event types with their own hours and limits, availability with date overrides, Google Calendar and Outlook conflict checks, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links, and bookings you can move or cancel. Three links and one calendar are free.
10 October 2026: FormsAI for Mac
A notarized Mac app for Apple silicon and Intel, with Google and Apple sign-in. Download it from /download.
9 October 2026: connected apps, the API and more
- 18 connected apps on Pro: HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, ClickUp, Linear, monday.com, Trello, Notion, Zendesk, Intercom, Mailchimp, Cal.com, Calendly, Zoom and Stripe, with an activity log and retries.
- A REST API with API keys and an OpenAPI description (Pro).
- Confirmation emails to respondents (Pro), 25 form languages with right-to-left text, password-protected forms and kiosk mode.
- Pre-filled answers from the link, a point from which partial answers count, and a weekly digest email.
- Two-factor sign-in and your own font upload.
8 October 2026: teams and AI follow-ups
Pro includes three teammates as editors or viewers, with invite links. Filo follow-ups ask one short question when a written answer is vague.
2 October 2026: results, rebuilt
Filters by answer, tags, a Spam tab, test responses, saved views, shared live reports, Excel and summary exports, performance with drop-off, and on Pro, Smart Insights, transcripts and the Insights dashboard across forms.
1 October 2026: new question types and custom domains
Address, matrix, legal, signature, video and audio, payment and scheduler questions; question groups; uploads saved to Google Drive. Pro now includes one custom domain with HTTPS.
