What Filo can do

• Build a form from a description, or from a photo or screenshot of a paper form.
• Edit a form when you ask: “make it shorter”, “translate into Spanish”, “ask why when the rating is low”. Every change is one click to undo.
• Ask one follow-up when a written answer is vague.
• Read your results: themes and sentiment in written answers, trends, comparisons between groups, and answers to your questions about them.
• Summarise one question, transcribe video and audio answers, and write realistic test responses.

Monthly allowances on Pro

• 100 AI form builds.
• 500 AI edits.
• 300 AI analyses: Smart Insights, Ask AI, question analysis and transcripts.
• 2,000 follow-up questions.

Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Lifetime members have smaller allowances. Need more? Ask, and we’ll raise them.

What is sent, and when

• Building and editing: your description or instruction, any image you attach, and the form being edited.
• Analysing results: the relevant answers, only when you open or refresh an analysis.
• Follow-ups: the question and that one answer.

What is never sent

• Answers to name, email, phone, company and similar contact questions.
• Payment details.
• Anything from Google Drive or Sheets.

Requests go to OpenAI with storage turned off. Under OpenAI’s API terms, API data isn’t used to train their models and may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. FormsAI keeps a record of each request’s size and cost, not its content.

To stop AI reading responses, turn off Let AI read my responses in Settings → AI. To stop follow-ups, switch Filo follow-up off on the question.
