How is NPS calculated?
The percentage of promoters (9 or 10) minus the percentage of detractors (0 to 6). 60% promoters and 15% detractors give an NPS of +45.
Is it free?
Yes. The NPS question and its score are on every plan.
When should I send an NPS survey?
After someone has used what you sell long enough to judge it: a few weeks after a purchase, or on a regular schedule, such as every quarter.
What’s a good NPS?
Anything above 0 means more promoters than detractors. Compare with your own past scores more than with other companies’.
