How can we help?

FAQ

Common questions

I can’t sign in.+

Use the same method you signed up with: email and password, Google, or Apple. If you’ve forgotten your password, choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.

How do I turn notifications on or off?+

In the app, open Account and choose which notifications you want on that device: new responses, spam, plan limits and failed webhooks or Sheets updates. You can also switch Forms off entirely in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications.

I’m not getting notifications.+

Check that notifications are allowed for Forms AI in Settings → Notifications on your iPhone, and that the kinds you want are switched on in the app’s Account tab. A busy form sends at most one notification a minute; the bell in the app keeps the full count.

Can I build and edit forms in the app?+

You can start a form from a template, or describe it and let Filo build it (Filo is part of Forms Pro), then publish, share, close and reopen it. Detailed editing of questions, design and logic happens in Forms on the web, at forms.shaheermalik.com.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app: Account → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting removes your forms, responses, uploaded files, team and connections straight away, cancels a Pro subscription so you’re not charged again, and, if you used Sign in with Apple, asks Apple to forget the link. It can’t be undone.

How do I manage or cancel Pro?+

Pro is managed in Forms on the web, under Billing. The app doesn’t sell subscriptions. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free and keeps your forms and responses.

I answered someone’s form and want my answers changed or deleted.+

Contact the person or business that sent you the form; they own the responses and can edit or delete them. If you can’t reach them, write to us with the form’s link and we’ll pass your request on.
