What does “lifetime” mean?+
You pay $59 once and keep Forms Pro for as long as Forms exists. No subscription, no renewals, and new Pro features are included as they ship.
What’s included?+
Everything in Pro: unlimited forms and responses under the fair use policy, your own custom domain with HTTPS, webhooks for Zapier, Make and n8n, all 25 question types, logic, payments, bookings and every results feature.
Does Lifetime include AI?+
Yes, with monthly limits: 20 AI form builds, 100 Ask Filo edits and 50 analyses (Smart Insights, Ask AI, transcripts and AI test responses) a month. They reset on the 1st. Monthly Pro has higher limits.

How do I pay?+
When seats open, we email the waitlist in order with a secure payment link. Once you’ve paid, your account is switched to Lifetime, usually within a day.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If Forms isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you in full.
Is joining the waitlist a commitment?+
