Is it really free?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you one active form and 100 responses a month, with every question type, logic, themes and embeds. No card needed.
What happens after 100 responses?+
Your form politely stops taking new responses until the next month, and we email you. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade to Pro and it opens again straight away.
What does “unlimited” mean on Pro?+
No counting or charging per form or response for normal business use. Our fair use policy explains the safety ceilings, and we raise them on request.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from Plan & billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your forms and responses stay put.
Can I put a form on my website?+
Copy one snippet to embed it inline, as a popup, a slide-in panel or a side tab. You can also share a link with your own address, or print a QR code.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on Pro. Add a subdomain like forms.yourbrand.com, create one CNAME record, and we issue the HTTPS certificate. How custom domains work.
What do you do with respondents’ data?+
We store their answers for you and nothing more: no IP addresses and no tracking cookies on public forms. You can export or delete responses whenever you like.
Who handles payments?+
Polar is our merchant of record. They handle checkout, invoices and sales tax, and you manage your card and plan from their customer portal.
