If the form is embedded with the script on your site, people who land on your page from a campaign link carry the parameters into the form by themselves. In Results, filter by utm_source to compare channels, or export with the columns.

How many hidden fields can a form have?

Up to 30. Names start with a letter and use letters, numbers and underscores.

Can respondents see hidden fields?

No, though the values are in the link, so don’t put anything private there.

Can I pre-fill a visible question from the link?

Yes. Give the question a reference, such as email, and add ?email=ada@example.com to the link. People can change it.

Is it free?

Yes. Hidden fields and pre-filled links are on every plan.
