Yes. Pick Linear's create issue or Trello's add card when you add an action, choose the team or board, and map answers into the title and description.
Can I send different responses to different projects?
A form can have up to 10 actions. Use one form per intake, or one action per project, and keep each form's logic simple so the right people answer the right questions.
What if the project tool rejects a task?
Temporary problems are retried automatically. Problems that need you, such as a deleted list, stop and say why in Integration activity, where you can run it again once fixed.
