How to connect Asana

    Open Integrations in the FormsAI app, find Asana and select Connect. Sign in on Asana's own page and allow access.

Can I set the task's due date from an answer?

If Asana's create task action offers a due date field, map a Date question into it. The fields shown come from Asana's own action.

Can people attach files?

Yes. Add a File upload question. Files stay in FormsAI (or your Google Drive), and the link to the response in the task opens them.

Is the Asana integration free?

Connected apps are part of FormsAI Pro ($12/mo billed yearly), with 5,000 action runs a month across your forms. On Free you can set actions up, but they don't run.

What happens if Asana is down or rejects a response?

Temporary problems, like Asana being busy, are retried automatically with longer waits. Problems that need you, such as an expired sign-in, stop and say why in Integration activity, where you can run it again. A response is never sent to the same action twice by itself.
