Does FormsAI work with Zapier?
Yes. Create a Catch Hook trigger in Webhooks by Zapier, paste its address into the form's Results → Connect → Webhook URL, and send a test so Zapier learns the fields.
Do I need Zapier for HubSpot or Slack?
No. HubSpot, Slack, Notion and the other connected apps have built-in actions on Pro, with no extra tool or extra bill.
What does the webhook send?
A POST with a JSON body for each completed response: the answers (each with title, reference, type, value and readable text), the score, hidden fields and any Filo follow-ups, signed with HMAC-SHA256.
